Just a note, been talking to Ben Jones tonight, the co-owner of Southside coffee, at his off-the-hook locavore restaurant (Lot 2) across the street from the cafe, he hipped me to the fact that the shop does actually play music made by its customers. They just don't promote the stuff, totally reasonable. I'm still into the whole local distribution idea I mentioned below but that's a separate issue. Gotta say I'm really stoked on what Ben and his team are bringing to the neighborhood, now known as 'Greenwood heights'.
